Perfect

Group
rate available only for groups of people located in the
same area (i.e. office building, apartment complex,
retirement community). Errand locations must be
reasonably close together.

RATES FOR 5+ HOURS: Available please ask.

refunds for unused time.
Home-Sitting
Package
$150.00*
Let
Just an Errand watch your home for you! This package
includes watering plants, taking in mail, checking for
water leaks and overall security of your home. We
will come once daily and check on your home. This
is a 7 day package. Service Agreement and
key-release must be signed.
Pet-Sitting
Package
$18 per Day
We
will come to your home once daily to care for your
special pet. Minimum 3 days. This includes
watering, feeding and walking with your pet.
Mileage is limited to 10 miles from Alpharetta. Great
for vacationers! Service Agreement and key-release
must be signed.
POLICIES
Reimbursable
Expenses: Client is responsible for hard costs
related to requests. Hard costs are defined as products
or services charged by an outside vendor related to a
request (i.e. Dry Cleaning, House Cleaning, Automobile
Repairs, and Personal Shopping Items.
PAYMENT
OF SERVICES: We accept cash, checks made payable to Just
an Errand. Payment is due upon completion of
service. Just an Errand reserves the right to request
payment in advance for purchases made on your behalf
which will be in excess of $75.00. First- Time Clients
are required to pre-pay all purchases
REQUESTS
FOR SERVICE: Request for service must be given a
24-hour notice to ensure that “Just
an Errand” can complete your request efficiently,
and in a timely manor.
Immediate Service, requests with less than a
four-hour notice will be charged an additional $10 fee.
Emergency Service, requests with less than a
two-hour notice with are charged an additional $15.
SERVICING
AREA: In an effort to keep costs down for our
customers and avoid ever charging a mileage fee, we
attempt to limit errands to our local area (servicing Alpharetta, Cumming, Roswell, Duluth, Norcross, Sugarloaf and Johns
Creek). For
errands outside this area, special arrangements can be
made with advance notice and may include an additional
charge.
CANCELLATION
OF SERVICES: Cancellations are to be made via phone,
fax or email with 24 hours notice. If a courteous 24
hours notice is not followed through, a $15 fee will
apply.
SATISFACTION
GUARANTEE: If you do not experience a benefit after
using our services, we will gladly give you a complete
and immediate refund...no questions asked.
PRIVACY
POLICY: Please note that Just
an Errand reserves the right to keep all client
information strictly confidential and does not share
information with any third party.
LEGAL
AND SAFETY MATTERS-
We will not perform any task that may be deemed illegal.
We reserve the right to refuse to carry out any task
that we feel may be immoral or jeopardize the safety of
the errand runner.
